At Thorn & Tailor, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After notifying us of your cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.
- The item must be in its original condition – unused, undamaged, and if possible, in the original packaging, including any accessories or manuals.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our designated return address. This is typically around €6–€10, depending on your chosen courier.
- You must contact us first at support@thornandtailor.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval or tracking information may not be accepted.
Because we ship products directly from our supplier, the return process takes longer than with traditional local stores. Return parcels may need to go through additional handling or international logistics, and it can take several weeks before a return is fully processed and received.
We ask for your understanding and patience during this process. Our support team will assist you every step of the way to ensure your return is handled correctly.

Most issues can be resolved quickly without the need for a return. If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and include clear photos. We’ll do our best to offer a fair solution, such as a partial refund, a replacement, or another suitable resolution – no hassle involved.
Once we approve your return and receive the item back in good condition, we will issue a full refund, including your original shipping costs, within 14 days of cancellation.
